J. Scott Ewart has been serving the County of Middlesex and surrounding area since 1985 and has recently obtained Judicial Consent to act in the following counties of Huron, Perth, Oxford, Elgin, Lambton, Kent and Essex.

He is also closely associated with Robert J. Langton, Appointed Bailiff in Simcoe County, located in Barrie, Ontario who maintains Judicial Consents to act in York, Toronto, Durham, Grey, Bruce Muskoka and Parry Sound.

Biographies.

J. Scott Ewart - Mr. Ewart has been Appointed as a Bailiff in the County of Middlesex for 15 years. Prior to his Appointment Mr. Ewart operated a private document processing service and performed skip tracing for many legal firms in the London, Ontario area. Mr. Ewart comes from an extensive banking, collection agency and finance company background and his knowledge and many years of experience offer clients solutions to problems in many unexpected forms. Mr. Ewart is also an active member of the Ontario Bailiff Association, and is also an advocate of legislative change within the Bailiff's Act in the Province of Ontario for the benefit of creditors and consumers alike. Mr. Ewart is also an active member of the Canadian Institute of Credit and familiarizes himself with the many changing facets of credit granting and collections.

Robert J. Langton - Mr. Langton has been appointed Bailiff in Simcoe County for two years, and prior to his appointment, he was the owner and operator of a Construction Company. He has also owned and operated a Document Process Serving Business for the last three years in the appointed area of Simcoe, which gives him the edge on locating the Hard to Find.

His knowledge of the industry and ability to resolve problem situations is very impressive, which is relevant to his 20 years in business in the Central Ontario Region.
